STATIONS OF THE CROSS

Each week 5 Gold students have presented the Stations of the Cross for the school and parish community.

The final presentation is on Monday with the Easter liturgy to be held in the Ivey Centre on Friday at 8.40am.

Can an egg bounce?  The 5 Gold scientists discovered that eggs can bounce when dropped from heights of up to 25cm!

How much weight can an egg carry?  Are eggs really the fragile things we think they are?
Students in 5 Gold conducted an investigation into the strength of eggs, with some amazing results.

Secret Agents

After being chosen by the secret service, year 5 were thrown a challenge to save the world from a nuclear weapon threatening to blow up at any moment. Using a specially designed tool, they were required to transfer the bomb from Island Blue to Island Red! Who will survive the challenge?
